Indicator 0 Customer contract
You can portray exclusively customer processes (customer condition types), for example rental of usage rights to a third body (storage on property).
Indicator 1 Vendor contract
You can portray exclusively vendor processes (vendor condition types), for example tenant rental of real estate objects.
Indicator 2 Cust./Vendor Contract
You can portray both customer and vendor processes, for example rental of usage rights to a third body in the case of tenant-rented real estate objects.
Indicator 3 Internal Contract
Used exclusively in the case of own usage of real estate objects.
In this contract you assign each condition type a cost center.
