Definition
You can start service charge settlement using different settlement methods. The method controls whether you can change settlement units, rental objects, contracts, and so on.
- Actual settlement: Service charge settlement has priority over all changes.
- Simulation (with actual settlement later): Changes have priority. The processor receives a warning message.
- Simulation only (without actual settlement later): Changes have absolute priority. The settlement is not saved. You can execute all settlement steps except posting.
