The following object types are available in Flexible Real Estate Management:

• Business entity
• Land
• Building
• Rental object
• Architectural object
• Real estate contract
• Participation group
• Settlement unit

Dependencies

Example

For the object types to be available during contract processing, you have to assign the object type to the individual contract type. For example, if you want to be able to lease in business entities, then the "Business Entity" object type has to be assigned to the "Commercial Lease-In" and/or "Residential Lease-In" contract types.
