Definition
Classification of RE-FX table fields that are relevant for conversion:
- Not Classified
This status is set by the filling program, if the entry is new in the table.
- Not Relevant for Conversion (1)
This status is set if the table does not need to be converted (for instance, the table is obsolete). In EUSH, for this table, you have to set either the flag NVER (table is no longer used) or NUMS (do not convert table). Tables of this kind are not allowed to be part of the control tables for the euro changeover.
- Relevant for Conversion - Standard (2)
This status is set if the table is handled using the standard conversion with the help of the EUSH definition. You have to maintain EUSH and the control tables accordingly.
- Relevant for Conversion # Special Conversion Program - Hierarchy (3)
This status is set if the table is converted, along with other tables, using a special hierarchy conversion program. You have to set the flag SEUC (table is converted with SEUC program) in EUSH for the table. You also have to enter the program name in the comments for the table of EUSH.
- Relevant for Conversion # Standard DEC (4)
These are tables, for which at least one amount field was represented in the system using data type DEC. Amount fields of this type do not have a defined currency relationship in the ABAP Dictionary (DDIC). Therefore, you have to enter such tables or fields manually in EUSH and/or the control tables as relevant for conversion.
- Manual Conversion Necessary (5)
This status is set if the adjustment has to be made manually (it is not possible for the system to derive the currency relationship). In this case, you have to add the necessary IMG activities to the FX-Euro Implementation Guide. In EUSH, you have to set the flag NUMS (do not convert table) for this table. Tables of this kind are not allowed to be part of the control tables for the euro changeover.
