Definition
The net amount of the cost share to be paid by the rental unit or the rental agreement in the settlement.
The value is the total of the costs for each flow type from the viak13 records.
In Switzerland, the calculation of taxes is based on the balance (a new tax indicator for receivables, previous tax indicator for credit) meaning that the entries from viak20 have to be changed manually. The original value is not saved. If the relevant indicators are not selected in Customizing, this original value would be the result.
