Specifies how the vacancy period influences possible further rental of the object.

Use

You can choose one of the following:

• 0    No Influence on Follow-On Process
  The rental object is available for rental during the vacancy period.
• 1    Warning Before Autom. Overwrite
  If the rental object is added to a lease-out during the vacancy period, the system issues a warning message.
• 2    Error Before Autom. Overwrite
  The rental object is not available to be rented during the vacancy period. Lease-out is not possible.

Dependencies

Example

A rental object is vacant while renovations are being made. Then you can choose entry 2 Error Before Autom. Overwrite to ensure that it is not leased out during this time period.
