A new rental space for 10 people with the measurement type office space is created. The amount of space assigned is dependent on the number of people (derived measurement).

• Consider Capacity Only:
  1200 m² is used by 120 people, or 10 m² per person. The new rental space is allotted 100 m² office space.
• Actual Usage:
  A total of 30 people occupy the 1200 m². Based on that, each person theoretically has 40 m². The new rental space is allotted 400m² office area.
