This means that this characteristic affects rental adjustment, if the characteristic is assigned to a representative list of rents. If this indicator is set for a fixtures and fittings characteristic, then the characteristic can only be assigned to a building or rental object when the business entity they belong to is assigned to a representative list of rents that includes this characteristic.

' ')The fixtures and fittings characteristic describes a characteristic of the building or rental object that is unrelated to a representative list of rents (such as, the type of roof). Nonetheless you can assign the characteristic to a representative list of rents (where it is then included in the calculation of rent).
