Definition
This field indicates which of the three entries for a representative list of rents should be used as the base rent, and how the base rent is calculated:
- L Lower Limit
The lowest value of the representative list of rents field is used as the base rent.
- M Mean Value
The mean value of the representative list of rents field is used as the base rent.
- H Upper Limit
The highest value of the representative list of rents field is used as the base rent.
- I Building Age Calculation
The base rent is calculated based on the age of the building.
- F Size Calculation
The base rent is calculated based on the area of the building.
The total rent is the base rent plus any surcharges based on the fixtures and fittings characteristics of the object.
Use
Dependencies
You can position the rental object in the representative list of rents spread more exactly by entering a percentage variance in the Pecentage field.
