Definition
Identification key of the planned rental space.
- In the case of internal number assignment this value is merely for grouping purposes. All planned rental spaces with the same number make up one actual rental space.
- In the case of external number assignment this planned number is used as the actual rental space number.
If you enter a rental space here that already exists, this rental space is taken into account during assignment to the architectural view. This means that assignments to the architectural view can be made at a later stage.
Example
You have divided the Floor architectural object into offices. All of the architectural offices are assigned to an open plan office pooled space.
You now want to plan two rental spaces from three architectural offices:
You want to assign office B1.01 and office B1.02 to rental space MFL1 and office B1.03 to rental space MFL2.
In the planning view create three new rows for rental areas to be planned. In other words, create one row per architectural object. Enter the planned space number MFL1 for both B1.01 and B1.02. Enter number MFL2 for office B1.03.
In the case of internal number assignment, new (internal) numbers are assigned for the rental spaces when you save. In the case of external number assignment, the entered numbers are adopted.
