Definition

The neighborhood allows you to classify real estate objects based on criteria other than just the address.

Use

You enter default values for neighborhoods in Customizing. The system does not check if the entries made in Customizing agree with the physical location of the property, so you can enter any name as a neighborhood.

When processing the master data of the business entity or rental object, you can use the Neighborhood field to describe particularly important aspects of the location of the object.
