Definition

This indicator can be set to active for a settlement unit that has a measurement type assigned to it as its distribution formula. If this is the case, then the system determines the measurement amount for the individual rental objects and real estate contracts using the condition assigned to the measurement type in Customizing.

The system reads the cash flow and totals the condition value within the settlement period. This total is then the value of the reference factor (this means, the larger the condition amount, the larger the apportionment share in service charge settlement).
