  • Indicator is set ('X')

    All lowest-level architectural objects are assigned.

  • Indicator is not set (' ')

    Only the defined architectural object is assigned.

Example

You want to assign the entire Floor architectural object to a pooled space.

On the architecture side, rooms are defined below the floor.

  • If you assign the floor directly to the pooled space, the architectural rooms cannot be used to define rental spaces.
  • However, if you assign all architectural rooms to the pooled space instead, you can define rental spaces on the basis of the rooms at a later stage.
