Definition
You can have the system generate default posting terms when a rental object is created.
Use
For each vacancy reason, you can decide if the system should generate a posting term when the rental object is created, and, if so, which posting term it should generate. The posting term is generated with the number entered in the Post.Term field. You can use the posting term as a template, so the user does not have to define new posting terms each time the vacancy reason is changed.
- Indicator is set (
'X'
)The system generates the posting term entered in the Post.Term field when a rental object is created. You may want to give the posting term a helpful name in the IMG activity.
- Indicator is not set (
' '
)The system does not generate a default posting term when a rental object is created. When a vacancy begins or is changed, the user has to create the necessary posting terms.
