Definition

If you are using condominium owners' association (COA) management, then you have to enter the share of ownership for the rental objects involved.

Use

Designate only one measurement type as the ownership share. You have to enter this measurement value on all rental objects that belong to a condominium owners' association.

Dependencies

The measurement type is used in reports for the owners' association (breakdown of the property by ownership shares). In addition, you can specify an apportionment rule that allows the ownership share to be used for COA settlement if no measurement type was entered. You set up this apportionment rule in Customizing for the company code.
