Documentation
Definition
Denominator of fraction (equivalence number = share)
Numerators and denominators can be entered if it is not possible for certain spaces to be counted fully.
Example
For apartments in Germany, only half of the area of a balcony or terrace is included in residential space, if conditions such as a minimum width are met. If you want to enter the area of this kind of balcony or terrace separately, then you can do so by entering the appropriate fraction using a numerator and denominator.
