Use

You enter the amount for each area unit that leads to a surcharge or reduction for the fixtures and fittings characteristic.

You enter a minus sign (-) in front of the amount for a reduction.

Dependencies

This value is taken into account when the system determines the new rent for an adjustment based on the representative list of rents.

You can also overwrite surcharges or reductions for the characteristic that were set in Customizing of the representative list of rents.
