Use
A land can be assigned to an entry in a real estate register. For the land to be uniquely identified, you have to enter, in addition to the land number, the company code and business entity number. You enter the business entity number of the assigned land here.

Use
Within the real estate planning function, you can plan for single business entities, as well as for whole groups of business entities. You have to choose which of the two options you want to use.
Planning groups of business entities is useful when you want to be able to access multiple business entities in your area of responsibility.
Procedure
You can use either the Single Value field or the Group field, but not both at the same time.
