Definition
You can specify here if a rental object should only be assigned for informational purposes to an occupancy contract.
This attribute does not affect other object types or non-occupancy contracts.
- Indicator is set (
'X')Set the Informational indicator if the rental object is assigned to the contract because, for example, it should appear in a calculation or distribution formula but which is not intended for rental exclusively with this contract.
The rental object can then be assigned to a different occupancy contract during this period. (You do not set the indicator for this exclusive contract.) Contracts to which the rental object is only assigned for informational purposes are not taken into account for option rate determination, service charge settlement and vacancy history (vacancy debit position).

The rental object that is assigned to an occupancy contract cannot be assigned to other occupancy contracts during the assignment period (unless the Informational indicator is set for these other contracts).The contract or assignment period is only taken into account for follow-up processes, such as service charge settlement, option rate determination or vacancy history (vacancy debit position), if the indicator is not set
