Objects
You can make time-dependent assignments of objects to your contracts.
Functions
@17@ Insert Object(s)
- You select a row.
- The selected row is an object group row.
- After asking you to specify the object type, the system assigns a new row for the selected object group.
- The selected row is not an object group row.
- The system inserts a new assignment row at the selected position. The system copies the object group assignment and the object type from the selected row.
- You do not select a row.
The system inserts an empty assignment row at the beginning of the list.

- You select a row
- The selected row is an object group row.
- The system deletes the object group row. In addition, the group number of the objects belonging to the object group is deleted. After sorting, the objects are then displayed at the beginning of the list.
- The selected row is not an object group row.
- The system deletes the selected assignment row.
- You select more than one row.
For each selected row, the procedure is the same as the procedure in You select a row.
- You do not select a row.
Error message appears.
Note: If you delete the assignment row that is currently selected for detailed display, the system automatically selects the first row of the list for detail display.
Extracting Rental Spaces
You use this function to extract new rental spaces from a pooled space.

If you wish to process several objects at the same time you can group them. For instance, you can assign one condition or define one notice rule.
- You select a row
- The selected row is not an object group row.
- The system creates a new object group. The system assigns the object group number so that the new object group appears at the end of the list. The object in the selected row is assigned to the new object group.
- The selected row is an object group row.
- An error message appears since you cannot regroup an object that is already part of a group.
- The selected row is blank.
- The selected line is blank.
- The system creates a new object group. The system assigns the object group number so that the new object group appears at the end of the list.
- You select more than one row.
- The selected rows do not contain object groups.
- The system creates a new object group. The system assigns the object group number so that the new object group appears at the end of the list. The objects in the selected rows are assigned to the new object group.
- The selected rows contain an object group.
- The objects in the selected rows are assigned to the selected object group. The system changes the group number of the selected object rows to the group number of the selected object group row.
- You do not select a row.
Error message appears.
Note: The system automatically performs the Sort function after each time you successfully group objects. When you create a new object group, the system selects the new object group row as the row for detail display. If you assign to an existing object group, then the system selects the object group row of this existing group as the row for detail display.

- You select a row
- The selected row is an object group row.
- New group numbers are assigned. You specify the number that numbering starts with (such as 1000) and the interval between numbers (such as 10: 1000 - > 1010) in the Contract Type IMG activity per contract type. If no values are entered for numbering in the contract type, the system uses 10 as a default.

Assigning Objects to Object Groups
Select the row containing the object you want to assign. Enter the number of the object group in the detail screen.
