You enter a minus sign (-) in front of the amount for a reduction.

Dependencies

This value is taken into account when the system determines the new rent for a rent adjustment based on the representative list of rents.

You can also overwrite surcharges or reductions here that were set for the characteristic in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management.
