Definition

This field contains the number of times a business event is to be held.

Use

In Create mode, you can make an entry in this field to determine the number of times the event schedule should recur.

Procedure

Enter the number of times the selected schedule should recur.

Examples

You want to schedule a business event to recur every two months for a total of four times (= number of occurrences). Once you have selected Multiple occurrences, make the following entries:

4 at intervals of 2 months

Dependencies

If the business event is to recur multiple times (when you select the option Multiple occurrences), the system calculates the total number of business event days and the total duration in hours. The calculated totals are displayed under Duration in days and Duration in hours.
