Supplementary Documentation - RCBON 0001

Use

Dependencies

You can use the Bonus Info function to display additional retroactive accounting information from table T52RIC. This function is only active if appropriate entries exist for the current personnel number in the table.

When you select the Bonus Info function, the H99UDEL_T52RICreport is started and the relevant entries from table T52RIC are displayed. If you edit infotype 0003 using transaction PU03, you can also delete existing entries from the table. Ensure that when you delete entries, this happens immediately in the database and not only when you save infotype 0003.

For more information, see the documentation of the H99UDEL_T52RIC report.

Example

Supplementary Documentation - RCDES 0001

Procedure

Enter a free text to describe the meaning of the item output to the record that is identified by the sequential number.

Dependencies

Example

Supplementary Documentation - RCL_BLART 0001

Use

The document type given here serves as the default value for postings to the reconciliation ledger.

Supplementary Documentation - RCL_BLART 0002

Use

When activating the reconciliation ledger, the entry of document type is optional. The document type is stored in the controlling area master data record and is used as a default value for the reconciliation postings to the reconciliation ledger.

Supplementary Documentation - RCOMP_D 1000

Use

Global company to which you roll up. The field is used only for global rollup ledgers and need not always be filled in, depending on the case:

  1. The global company field is not filled in.
    1. If the sender ledger is also a global ledger, the system sets the receiver global company to the same as the sender global company.
    2. If the sender ledger is a local ledger, the system determines the receiver global company from the sender company code using table 001.

  1. The global company field is filled in, so you roll up to the receiver company defined here.

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_API_SRC_ENTITY_TYPE0001

Use

Procedure

You can enter an alphanumeric key containing up to 12 characters. The SAP system checks your entry. Certain characters, such as umlauts and blank spaces cannot be used in the key.

If you do not enter a key, the SAP system automatically assigns a key from an internal number range.

Examples

Dependencies

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_API_SRC_ENTITY_TYPE0002

Use

The system displays the specification key for which the SAP system generated the report.

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_PP_COL_ROLE0001

Use

Dependencies

You can only assign each role to one column.

You must assign a role to a column in the following cases:

  • If you want to import process parameter data from the Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI) component, you must assign the actual value role to a column.
  • If you have defined a column for a value that requires a unit of measurement, that is, if you have specified a characteristic for a column and a unit of measurement is specified in the definition of this characteristic, you must assign the unit of measure role to another column for the unit of measurement.

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_COMPTGT0003

Definition

Quantity of the ingredient that is to be contained in the selected output substance of the formula.

Use

The composition of an output substance is process-specific. Enter the ingredients along with the quantities that are produced when you execute the process described in the formula and its recipe.
You can maintain the process-independent composition of a substance in the specification database.

Dependencies

The item quantity total of a subview is calculated from the target quantities of the standard items.

For information about further aspects you need to take into account, see Formula View Generation.

Example

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_MATNR0001

Definition

The key of a material that is created as the output material in the process.

Use

You enter the product, co-products,and the process by-products here, for example, as well as waste and any catalysts that are released.

Use the item number of an entry to specify whether the material is used as a standard or alternative item.
You cannot change the material number of a group item.

Dependencies

Depending on your Customizing settings, you might not be able to assign the same output material to a particular formula more than once.

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_MATNR0002

Definition

The key of a material that you want to use as the input material in the process.

Use

You enter here the raw materials, semifinished products, and packaging material used in this process here, for example, as well as any required catalysts.

Use the item number of an entry to specify whether the material is used as a standard or alternative item.
You cannot change the material number of a group item.

Dependencies

Depending on your Customizing settings, you might not be able to assign the same input material to a particular formula more than once.

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_MATNR0003

Definition

The material number of the material item that is assigned to the selected substance item.

Use

The system fills this field

  • When you generate the I/O Materials view from the I/O Substances view
  • When you generate the I/O Substances view from the I/O Materials view

For substances to which several materials are assigned, the material number of the main material item is output here. Group items are ignored.

Dependencies

Any changes made to the selected substance item also apply to the selected material item

Example

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_SUBID0001

Definition

The key of a substance that is generated as the output substance in the process.

Use

You enter products, co-products, and by-products, here, for example, as well as waste substances and any catalysts that are released.
Use the item numberof an entry to specify whether the substance is used as a standard or alternative item.

Dependencies

Your Customizing settings determine the substances of which specification types you can use as the output substance in a formula.
Depending on the Customizing settings, you might not be able to assign the same output substance to a particular formula more than once.

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_SUBID0002

Definition

The key of a substance that you want to use as the input substance in the process.

Use

You enter the raw substances, semifinished products, and packaging material used in this process, here, for example, as well as any required catalysts.
Use the item numberof an entry to specify whether the substance is used as a standard or alternative item.

Dependencies

Your Customizing settings determine the substances of which specification types you can use as the input substance in a formula.
Depending on the Customizing settings, you might not be able to assign the same input substance to a formula more than once.

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_SUBID0003

Definition

The key of a substance that is created as the output substance in the process.

Use

Choose the output substance whose composition you want to display or edit at the bottom of the screen by double-clicking it.

Dependencies

The output substances are automatically transferred from the I/O Substances view, whereby only standard items are taken into account. The quantity portion of absolute item quantities with respect to the base quantity is calculated and displayed (for example, in %). You cannot change the entries in the Composition view.

Example

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_SUBID0004

Definition

The key of a substance that is contained in the selected output substance.
The ingredients describe the analytic composition of an output substance.

Use

Dependencies

Your Customizing settings determine the substances of which specification types you can use as the ingredient in a formula.
Depending on the Customizing settings, you might not be able to assign the same ingredient to a formula more than once.

Example

Supplementary Documentation - RCPE_SRC_SUBID0005

Definition

The substance key of the substance item that is assigned to the selected material item.

Use

The system fills this field

  • When you generate the I/O Materials view from the Input/Output Substances view
  • When you generate the I/O Substances view from the I/O Materials view

Dependencies

Any changes made to the selected material item also apply to the assigned substance item.
