Calculation type 3 can only be used for settlement units in which the settlement (apportionment) factor is based on fixed values.
Exception: If the settlement factor of the settlement unit is not based on fixed values and the calculation type 3 is still used, a different settlement factor for option rate determination that is based on fixed values has to be entered.
