Procedure

Enter a variant name.

If you want to change an existing variant, you can display a list of all variants by selecting Environment -> Directory. From this list, you can choose a variant for editing.

For background requests, a report must have at least one variant.

Procedure

Enter the name of the variant with which the program is to run.

You must enter a variant when a program requests arguments in normal interactive execution; the variant provides the arguments with which the program is to run in batch.
