Definition

With this switch, you can control whether and in what form actual data is to be entered into a transfer order.

  • No actual data: Time data is not entered. (The entry of the worker's personnel number is sufficient.)
  • Actual duration: In addition to the worker number, the actual time is entered as a net duration (processing time) of the transfer order.
  • Start/End time: In addition to the worker number, the start time and date and end time and date must be entered in the transfer order. If this data is to be passed to HR, the difference between the start and end time must be less than 24 hours.
