Definition
If the inactive delivery flag is set for a system, then all delivery routes that originate in this system become inactive. This is a prerequisite for configuring this system as a QA system.
Imports into the QA system create inactive buffer entries in the subsequent systems. You cannot make these transports into the subsequent systems until they have been confirmed in the QA system.
