Definition

You can access the results recording function by entering the inspection lot and operation number or by entering the confirmation number for the characteristic.

Use

You have the following options:

1. The Use confirmation number indicator is not set:

   You access the function using the inspection lot and operation number. The system considers the characteristic filter. The indicator Skip characteristic overview from the recording configuration (or the corresponding user parameter) is also taken into account.

2. The Use confirmation number indicator is set:

   You access the function using the confirmation number. The system does not take the inspection lot number and operation number into account. The characteristic filter is not considered. As a result, all characteristics for the operation are loaded. The loaded data is diplayed on the characteristic single screen.
   If you access the function using Record sample results and also enter the sample number, the loaded data is displayed on the screen for the sample you entered.
   The Skip characteristic overview indicator from the recording configuration (or the corresponding user parameter)is not taken into account.
   You can navigate from one characteristic single screen to another.

Dependencies

If you switch to another operation in the results recording function, the Use confirmation number indicator is not taken into account.
