Documentation
Use
If you set this indicator, the next characteristic, partial sample or unit to be inspected is displayed in results recording at the characteristic level, partial sample level, or unit to be inspected level, if the following conditions apply:
1. On the main characteristic data screen
- The target sample size is reached
- You chose Continue, Valuate or Close after the confirmation of results for the characteristic or partial sample
Note
This transfer function also applies to optional characteristics, conditional characteristics and characteristics with skip status. After you choose Continue, the system does not check whether the sample size is valid. The system immediately displays the next characteristic or partial sample.
When processing characteristics with partial samples, if you choose Continue the next partial sample is automatically displayed. After you have confirmed the results for the last partial sample, the next characteristic is automatically displayed.
2. On the screen for the unit to be inspected
- The cursor is on the last characteristic in the operation and you chose Continue
- In an operation, you recorded a single value for each characteristic that is ready for input
Note
The results confirmation is obligatory for characteristics with the status Required characteristic and In process
If you choose Continue, the cursor also transfers to optional characteristics, conditional characteristics and characteristics with skip status.
Dependencies
The indicator setting can be stored as user parameter 'QSO'.
