Definition
Specifies the percentage for the business volume that will be taken into consideration when calculating the partial criterion 'complaint'.
The business volume represents the limiting value for the lowest quality score of the partial criterion complaint.
Use
A factor is calculated as follows from the number entered:
Factor = Number : 100.
You can use this factor in the formula for calculating the partial criterion.

Use
You establish a percentage share of the turnover with the vendor that the costs from shop floor complaints may not exceed. If the costs from shop floor complaints exceed this value for one inspection lot, the vendor receives the worst score.
The system calculates a factor from the value entered as follows:
Factor = Value : 100
This factor is used in the formula for calculating the subcriterion.
