Use
You use this field to determine which master records are selected. During the selection only the master records that fulfill the selection criteria are taken into account.
Procedure
- If you want the system to search for and display ALL master inspection characteristics, enter an * in the field for the lower selection limit. (Do not enter a value in the upper selection limit field.)
- To display a range of master inspection characteristics, enter a specific master inspection characteristic in the field for the lower selection limit and a specific master inspection characteristic in the field for the upper limit.
- To display a single master inspection characteristic, enter the identifier of the master inspection characteristic in the lower limit field. (Do not enter a value in the upper selection limit field.)
Instead of entering a specific identifier you can also use a generic search by entering an * followed by one or more characters. For example to search for master inspection characteristics whose identifier begins with ME, enter *me.
