Documentation
Definition
You can specify that the system refreshes the worklist for notifications (transactions QM10, QM11, QM12, QM13, QM14, QM15, QM16, IQS8, and IQS9) automatically when you return to the list from the detail view of a quality notification or task.
Following the refresh, some notifications or tasks may no longer be displayed because, for example, their processing status has changed and they therefore no longer fulfill the selection conditions.
Use
Dependencies
The parameter ID QM_QN_AUTO_REFRESH with the parameter value X must be set in your user profile.
Example
You have selected quality notifications with the status "OSNO" - Outstanding notification and from the worklist, you release a notification for processing by changing its status to "NOPR" - Notification in process.
If the indicator is activated and the parameter ID is specified, after you save the quality notification it is no longer displayed in the worklist following an automatic refresh as it no longer corresponds to the selection conditions.
