Use

You can use this field to control what information about the characteristic value appears on the certificate.

Technically, the field determines the contents of a form variable for a quantitative characteristic.

Example

For example, you have the option of printing:

  • The actual value
  • A reference to the tolerance
  • A text, depending on whether the mean lies inside or outside the tolerance limits

Dependencies

If you want to print a text, you can call up the field in the form. If you do not call up the field, the text from a system table is attached.

If you do not make an entry, the actual value is used.
