Use
If you set this indicator, you define the master inspection characteristic or the inspection characteristic in the task list as a qualitative characteristic.
The indicator defines the relevant control indicators for the inspection characteristic.
Inspection results are recorded as codes from inspection catalogs with the valuation OK or not OK, or recorded in classes as a number of the determined results. You do not define specification limits or target values. Therefore, you cannot record measured values, for example, when the results are confirmed.
Procedure
Set the indicator for the characteristic type (quantitative or qualitative) or enter a control key.
If you used a control key, for which the "fixed" indicator is set in Customizing, you cannot change the indicator for the characteristic type. In addition, you cannot delete this indicator or enter another control key.
