Definition

This enables you to determine values for the cost allocation using the details in the internal service request.

The system uses these values for an automatic calculation. When the delivered follow-up action SR_EXEC is used in the tasks, the system uses these values for actual cost allocation also.

Note

Templates that are used in scenarios can be defined here only, and have a predefined naming convention: ISR_Scenario name.

Subtemplate names must start with ISR_ and have 10 characters.
