Definition
You use the entry type to determine how you want to enter your request:
- Text Entry Only
Free text entry without a form.
- Entry Using ITS Service
Entry with a form created in the SAP@Web Studio. You need to make an entry here in the ITS-Service in the group box Form.
- Entry Using Notification Transaction
Entry with the normal SAP entry screen for notifications for quality, plant maintenance, service, or claims.
- Entry Using Adobe PDF
Entry using an interactive Adobe PDF form.
- Entry Using BSP
Entry using a BSP application (ISR_DEMO1 is an example application).
- Entry Using JSP iView
This scenario is used in the Enterprise Portal as an iView. You can generate a JSP iView. To do this, choose Additional Data for Scenario. Enter an existing portal component or generate a component.
