Use

The date entered here is used as the key date for the certificate profile determination.

Dependencies

• When using the transactions "Certificate for an inspection lot" and "Certificate for a batch", the date is proposed.
• No date is proposed when using the transaction "Certificate for a delivery". If you copy this setting (that is to say, you do not specify a date), the respective creation date of the message is used as the key date for the certificate profile determination.
  
• Special feature: When reissuing certificates, the current date is taken as the creation date of the (new) output.

Example

An already existing certificate should be reissued. In the meantime the certificate profile determination has changed. You specify a date for the key date of the certificate profile determination, so that the same certificate profile is found when reissuing certificates.
