Definition
The QA status is the overall status of a request for all approval steps.
All active approval steps must be performed for each request (the request must be rejected or approved for each step).
If a request is rejected by any approval step, then the QA status cannot be 'Approved', it can only be 'Rejected'. This means that the QA status of a request can be 'Approved' only if the request has been approved by all approval steps.
