Definition

The type of an approval step determines which authorization is need to perform this step:

  • To be approved by request owner:

    No special authorization is needed, since the user name is checked.

    You can also perform this approval step with the authorization for TADM in the authorization object S_CTS_ADMI (field CTS_ADMFCT). This authorization is contained in authorization S_CTS_ADMIN as standard.

  • To be approved by department:

    You need the authorization for QTEA or TADM in the authorization object S_CTS_ADMI (field CTS_ADMFCT). This authorization is contained in authorization S_CTS_ADMIN as standard.

  • To be approved by system administration:

    You need the authorization for TADM in the authorization object S_CTS_ADMI (field CTS_ADMFCT). This authorization is contained in authorization S_CTS_ADMIN as standard.
