Opening period in days.

Use

As a first step, the system selects all purchase orders, whose delivery date lies before the delivery date entered on the selection screen.

The effect of the opening period depends on whether the program is run online or as a batch job.

• Online Mode
  The opening period controls the traffic light display in the selected list.
• The light is green, if the delivery date from the purchase order item minus the lead time from the quality information record lies before the current date plus the opening period.
• The light is red, if the above does not apply.
• Batch Mode
  The opening period controls inspection lot generation from the selected list.
• The system creates a source inspection lot, if the delivery date from the purchase order item, minus the lead time from the quality information record lies before the current date, minus the opening period.
• If the above is not the case, the system does not create a source inspection lot.
