Definition

Surcharge or reduction for the newly calculated rent, calculated in percent on the basis of representative list of rents.

Use

You have to enter a reduction with a minus sign (-).

Dependencies

  • This calculation also takes the percentage rate of increase in the "Increase(%)" field in the "Additional data" register into consideration

  • The maximum surcharge or reduction is tenancy law-dependent and is defined in Customizing.

  • If the representative list of rents adjustment is calculated based on the point system (Dutch), the system increases/decreases the number of points by the percentage rate set here.
