Use
The group number identifies an incentive wage group.
An incentive wage group can be seen as a kitty from which all employees in the group are paid a specific amount according to their performance.
A group must exist for at least one day, and can exist for a maximum of one payroll period.
An employee can belong to several groups in the course of one payroll period and is paid according to the amount of time worked in each group.
Examples
A manufacturing cell represents an incentive wage group in Human Resources management.
