Definition
Automatically calculated percentate rate that indicates the relationship between tenants making advance payments and all tenants per settlement unit.
The calculation basis is not the number of rental agreements but the relationship of the participating apportionment factors.
Example:
Rental agreement 1 = 100 sq.mtrs living area - Advance payer
Rental agreement 2 = 50 sq.mtrs living area - Advance payer
Rental agreement 3 = 50 sq.mtrs living area - Flat-rate payer
In this case the advance payment percentage rate amounts to 75%.
