Definition
Using the '1 - Time-Based Reduction of Separation Allowance Possible' setting, you can make a special reduction for meals, accommodation, and mileage per diems, as well as documents.
Use
The setting '1' makes the 'Start Reduction Level 1' and 'Start Reduction Level 2' fields ready for input when separation allowance events are entered.
Dependencies
The REDUCT_TRIP_AMOUNT BAdI must be activated before the per diems and documents for business trips can be reduced.
Percentages for the reduction can be defined in the method SET_REDUCTION_VALUES.
Example
A reduction of the meals per diem for education and training is to be made for business trips.
