Definition

Using miles/kilometers cumulation, you can scale flat rates for travel costs according to the distance traveled by an employee within a certain time period (cumulation period).

You use this switch to specify how the cumulation procedures explained below are to be assigned to the vehicle types and classes used. You can choose from the following options:

0 : Without cumulation (for all vehicle types and classes used)
1 : Procedure 1 for all vehicle types and classes used
2 : Procedure 2 for all vehicle types and classes used
3 : Procedure 3 for all vehicle types and classes used
4 : The cumulation procedure depends on vehicle type and class and must
be stored in view V_T706F1.

Explanation of cumulation procedures:

Procedure 1: Cumulation according to period parameters;
The cumulation periods are freely definable calendar
intervals that are set as a period parameter in views
V_T706Q and V_T706P.
The period parameter is set for the employee in
infotype 0017.
Procedure 2: Yearly cumulation with employee-specific period
beginning;
The employee-specific start date of the first
cumulation period is stored in infotype 0017.
Procedure 3: Cumulation per trip:
The cumulation period lasts the duration of the relevant
trip. Cumulation begins at zero miles/kilometers for
each trip.

Definition

With the help of miles/kilometers cumulation, the travel flat rates can be scaled according to the distance traveled by the employee within a specific interval (cumulation period).

The following cumulation procedures can be used:

Procedure 0: Without cumulation
Procedure 1: Cumulation according to period indicator;
The cumulation periods are freely definable calendar
intervals that are specified for a period indicator in
views V_T706Q and V_T706P.
The period indicator is stored employee-specifically in
infotype 0017.
Procedure 2: Yearly cumulation with employee-specific period beginning;
The employee-specific beginning dates of the cumulation
periods are stored in infotype 0017.
Procedure 3: Cumulation per trip

With this switch, you specify how the cumulation procedures explained above are assigned to the vehicle types and classes used. You can choose from the following options:

0 : Procedure 0 for all used vehicle types and classes
1 : Procedure 1 for all used vehicle types and classes
2 : Procedure 2 for all used vehicle types and classes
3 : Procedure 3 for all used vehicle types and classes
4 : The cumulation procedure depends on vehicle type and class and must
be stored in view V_T706F1.
