Use

If this radio button is selected, a reduction document with a negative sign is created that reduces the total for the accommodations receipts to the maximum amount. An allowance document is created for an allowance covering the difference between maximum amount and receipt total. The amount of this document can be changed.

Use

The total of all accommodations receipts (less the reductions for included breakfasts) is lower than the respective maximum amount for this trip. Therefore, the total amount is reimbursed in full.
