Definition

Here you decide whether the initial screen of the travel manager should always display all subsequent activities in the list of open trips.

If the checkbox is set, all possible subsequent activities for travel request, travel plan and travel expense report are offered for each trip (see IMG activity 'Options in the Travel Manager').

If the checkbox is not set, only the usual subsequent activities are displayed (so that, for example, a travel expense report can not be entered until after the end of the trip duration).
