Definition

Status which shows the status and the options for allocation table processing.

Use

The maintenance status is managed on the levels of the allocation table header and allocation table items.

The maintenance status has three values:

  • new
    • Level is newly created;
  • free
    • Level is released for follow-on document creation.
  • in process
    • Header: Items changed or added
    Item: Data of the item has been changed
    -> you cannot create any follow-on documents
