Definition

In certain countries, such as Korea, a bill of exchange number specified by the bank for the bill of exchange form needs to be issued instead of the SAP document number (BELNR) of the bill of exchange. These pre-numbered bills of exchange can be technically managed using the reference number (XBLNR) field.

If this indicator is set, the bill of exchange is listed with this reference number instead of the SAP document number in the log issued, and in SAPScript correspondence, if required.

If the indicator which prevents collective posting (also for Korea) is also set, the pre-issued bill of exchange number will also be entered in the reference field of the generated document.
