Definition

The cost value change profile defines how and in which situations the system is to adjust the cost value during a total revaluation at retail of the sales price (that does not affect margins).

Use

The cost value change profile defines:

• Whether you want to take non-value only materials and value-only materials into account. In this case, set the Activation of Value-Only Material indicator.
• The adjustment of the cost value for sales value increases and for sales value decreases.
• The adjustment of the cost value (separately for non-value only materials and value-only materials) for the possible transitions of the price origin from the old sales price to the new sales price.
